NZ Won ODI Series Against SA

In second ODI SA won the toss and elected to ball first,SA manages to put pressure early on NZ but after loosing two early wickets NZ recover well thanks to Williamson he played an innings of his life,a third wicket partnership between him and Elliot was of 127 runs and that set the base for other batsman.


After that third wicket NZ losses their way and wickets were keep going but at the end of the innings Williamson gets support of N.McCullum and NZ manages the score of 279 runs,Morne Morkel was pick of the bowler as he picked up 3 wickets.

Chasing target of 279 runs Proteas loss their first opener early but second wicket partnership was of 133 runs and that time it looked that will be all Proteas game but they stuck to their image of "CHOKERS" so they losses their wickets on regular interval.

SA ends match as loosing side and they losses the series now third ODI is just a formality for NZ,For scoring 145 runs unbeaten Williamson was declared "MAN OF THE MATCH".

This side becomes the first ever New Zealand side to win an ODI series in South Africa against the hosts. Prior to this series they had won just two ODIs against the Proteas in this country.
